Gil has more than 25 years of experience in marketing, business development and management of a wide range of companies in telecom and high-tech - with an emphasis on multi-nationals. Gil also serves as an adjunct professor in several academic institutes’ business schools. Before founding GO VENTURES, Gil was VP Marketing for the Value Added Services division of Comverse (Nasdaq: CMVT). Gil was General Manager of Vyyo’s Israeli subsidiary and R&D center (Nasdaq: VYYO) and before that was General Manager of Avaya Israel - a fully owned subsidiary and R&D center of Avaya Corporation (NYSE: AV). Gil was one of the founders of Israeli telecommunication company Bezeq International, where he headed the company’s International Business Development department. Gil graduated cum laude from the Industrial Engineering School of Tel Aviv University, has an honors MSc in Management Studies from Boston University, and a PhD degree in Business Administration from Haifa University.
Oded has more than 25 years experience in marketing, business development and management in a wide range of consumer products companies. Before establishing GO VENTURES, Oded was VP of Marketing and Business Development for Hydro-Industries, where he led the company's penetration into the American market through the establishment of a series of agreements with leading retail chains including Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco and Sears. Previously, Oded served as VP of Marketing for OF-TOV (Nestlé Israel), and Director, New Business Markets at Strauss, Israel's second-largest food & beverage company. Before that, Oded served in various marketing and management positions in Israel and France with the international brand L'Oréal. Oded is an honors graduate of Tel Aviv University’s Industrial Engineering Faculty, and has an MBA (also cum laude) from the Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration of Tel Aviv University.
